-Any art using "A.I." Generated assets or art for training AGI/LLM models

PAYMENT TIME
​-You can choose either to pay immediately (either via Ko-fi application or through a direct PayPal invoice), or choose to pay any time before the official time on your queue. We will not start working on the commission until the payment is received.

​AGE VERIFICATION
​-Out of respect for our client's privacy, we do not require that you present photographic evidence or personal identification of your age. We do require that all applicants be 18 years of age or older before applying for a commission, which is required in order to use PayPal.

QUEUE & TIMING
-Please note that only two commission slots are open per month (except for April, November and December, subject to change), therefore, depending on when you make a request, you may be placed be further along in the queue. If you are in need of a commission immediately or your request is time-sensitive, please look at the queue before submitting an inquiry via the form. You may request a queue "Slot" if it is available. 

DATA ACCESS & DELETION
-When you commission us, you will be entitled to high-resolution PNG files, the original project files via a .clip (Clip Studio Paint) and .psb (Photoshop) file, alongside a short but concise video showing the overall drawing process. Please note that due to the large file sizes of these projects and our limited access to cloud storage, they will only be available to download for approx. 60 days before deletion. It is up to you to make sure your commission files are downloaded.  

RETURN CLIENTS
-All returning clients for ArtakaWorks Studio commissions are entitled to a 10% discount. If Ko-fi is your preferred method of payment, we will forward you an email with a discount code. Otherwise, we will apply your discount via PayPal invoice.

COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING
-ArtakaWorks Studio makes no claims to your commission requests either in the form of royalties or copyright. We uphold the standard of free use of our commissioned assets, under the stipulation that we are credited as the illustrators when our commissioned works posted in either digital or printed media.

-You MAY NOT use the works of our clients without their consent, as we claim no ownership of the artwork based on their I.P. (intellectual property).
